Welcome to Osteoarthritis Health Holiday 2.0 - a new chapter begins!

A lot has happened since the introduction of our osteoarthritis health holiday in 2018. Thanks to the enthusiasm of our osteoarthritis holidaymakers, our offer to improve mobility and pain has continued to grow and develop. Now we are at the beginning of an exciting new phase: 2025 will be the year of the osteoarthritis health holiday 2.0 at the Vivea Hotel Umhausen in Ötztal!

Six specialised

Ötztal Vital Osteoarthritis Weeks

From 2025 we will be offering six compact programmes at the Vivea Hotel Umhausen in Ötztal Ötztal Vital Osteoarthritis Weeks - including keynote speeches by joint experts and therapists as part of the Ötztal Arthrosis Campus - focussing on joint complaints, joint pain, joint wear and tear and artificial joints.

The specially developed Vivea arthrosis holiday programme aims to alleviate the symptoms of arthrosis and improve joint function.

Through targeted educational and therapeutic measures, sufferers are supported in strengthening osteoarthritis self-management and promoting well-being.

➥ The idea behind it: Osteoarthritis sufferers actively get their joints fit and strengthen their osteoarthritis self-management in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Participants in the Ötztal Vital Osteoarthritis Weeks enjoy all the benefits of a wellness and spa hotel specialising in health tourism with corresponding medical services, fitness and nutrition programmes as well as therapies to promote well-being and joint health.

The Ötztal Vital Osteoarthritis Weeks can be booked on six dates per year and are individually tailored to joint complaints in the hip, knee, shoulder, hand and foot.
